I am an 8th generation butcher with a passion for food, I have grown up watching and learning from my father and grandfather.
After school I attended catering college where my passion for food really started, I loved learning not only how to prepare and cook it but where the produce came from and how to utilise different meats within dishes.
I am excited to be bringing something new and fresh to Poynton, with my experience within the industry I aim not only to produce homemade signature sausages and home cured bacons but to also create and present new innovative products.
